FAQ’s About Renting Ski’s And Show Shoes

NORDIC

Will you help me determine what size of skis and poles to rent?

Yes. This is why we ask for your height and weight.

What happens if I rent something and it doesn’t feel right?

We have a huge fleet of gear. Our goal is to make sure you have an amazing experience so we’ll adapt to your needs.

How long can I keep my rentals?

You can rent our gear for 2 hours. That’s enough time to tour our entre trail network if you are an experienced skier. Most renters are not. Most novice skiers are quite happy going out for an hour.

What’s the difference between skate and classic?

They are different movements and the skis for skating are much shorter. The poles are longer for skating as well. If you are new, you should try classic first. The cardio demands for skating are more substantial with this technique.

SNOWSHOEING FAQ’S

Will you provide the right gear for my size?

Yes. We ask for your height and weight so we can provide the proper setup for you.

Do I need the poles?

Poles are helpful on deep snow days. You can leave them behind if you want.
